Dont expect people to tell you an exact number,
it can vary a lot e.g. depending on what is on the mp currently and how strong your gear shall be.

There have been people who made it to mq without buying anything, but it takes way longer...
The better your gear, the faster you climb usually.

Do you want to play solo or in the catacombs?

It should be way cheaper to go with heal mastery gear + a heal charm and play catas healing others,
but this way you depend on the multiplayer and it can be tricky if there arent people in your range.

0fg, though it'd take you forever.

A decent caster setup is going to run you several thousand fg, but you could definately make the climb with a few hundred. There are no minimums or maximums with this game.
Make smart buys and ask questions as needed and you'll do fine.
