weapon - dagger or staff - 25+ intel as lowest level as you can get for as low amount as you can afford
armor - robe - 25+ intel as lowest level as you can get and for as low amount you can afford
charm - lightning is the cheapest, next is probably wind, you should start casting around level 20 or 25. try to get 80+ ee on every charm for every 5 levels until level 35 then you can try to get 100+ ee for that, then another one at 45 100+ ee and then finally one at 55. try to get 125+ ee on that but you might not be able to afford that.
low ee lighning charms are pretty cheap until 40+
You should be able to get a setup for 1k or under for that
you should aslo try to get heal charms, but that will cost a little extra. wild heal is the cheapest. but heal charms are pretty expensive right now anyways.
