Put 3 in vit and 7 in int at beging.

then everything in Int. Im at 63 now. When i level should i put my last point in DEX?

no, why you should? :unsure: . Everything into the int, first points into vitality ( 5 or 10 are fine for me, 5 for cata, 10 for welling/solo )
For welling I'd go for 10 points into the vitality, to be safe :hug:
