i keep on reading about the hybrid thing
was searching for an answer but didnt found anything.
i just want to know which stat they get with their stat points and which on the gear. like stat int, str/dex on gear?
or is this not important.

I personally go all int with my stats, and get str/ dex on my armor/ charm- ee on weapon.
Then at ~ lvl 40 I will look for int/ hm on weapon, armor, charm and begin casting until MQ.

i heard of ppl using swords going melee until mq and using heal charms to heal themself to get a high mcc

Yes that's true. People usually get stat/hm stat/int charms and armors with a high ee weapon and a high ee heal charm. You want to go all int so you have decent enough heals and a high enough mana pool. You can melee and use the heal charm to heal yourself. You can get high chains with that. Bear in mind that it is very expensive for hybrid gear nowadays.

all int? i heard 70 int, 80-90dex, rest str. whats better :\
so use stat points for int and dex/str from gear?

For a Hybrid Melee, 65-75 int / 80-90 dex is good.
75 int gives you another +1 Natural Mana Regen though

All int is for Hybrid Casters (melee until 35-45, cast from then on)
