wondering if monsters from arena drop weapons and stuff if they are lower level then you???

say if i wanted to find good lvl 25 gear can i be 55 and fight level 35's for them to drop ?>

Yes, but it's very very low chance for them to drop.

The drop rate significantly decreases when you fight monsters below your current level, so I'd suggest just fighting mobs at your level.

I suggest to kill same lvl monsters as yours to have the chance of good drops :)
