EE or Enhanced Effect adds to the base value on the charm. So on a heal, it adds more to the heals and on an attack charm it adds to the damage. Btw, EE on an armor adds to the base defense of the armor if you didnt know that already.

So the Enhanced effect on the charm you use normaly does not add's the your weapons dmg or armors def?

No it doesn't. It only adds enhanced effect to the item that it is modifying.

what exactly is power. if i'm not using the charm to heal or to cast, it goes to the defense of the armor, correct?

Enchanced Effect ONLY applies to the item that has EE on it.

If you have EE on your weapon it only counts on your weapon..if its on your armor it only applies to your armor

same for charms.

so, what your saying is for a barb you don't need a charm? bc a barb does not heal or cast. so he only needs armor and weapon? O.o
