1 ravenfrost allows base dex.

No dex is the answer to a staff user. The major benefit of a staff class is pure vit. They need essentially no str or dex.

The dex cap is at 120, going any higher than that is useless.

WIth a staff set since they are similar to swords and do rely more on critical hits i would say 110-120. Anything over 120 is useless, and anything under 110 won't give you the best results

u can have as much dex as u want but u want to even it out w/ more str
