I would like a link to the suffusencing guide as well. coulnt find one if its been created yet...

i just got 2% ee from a pass then 15% ee wtf?

need more info on it

Suffucing is where you can combine an essence with a fish, comfry or glyph and add enhanced effect to it. In the case of fish/comfrys adds more health/mana and glyphs adds more time.

I'm pretty sure that you can get up to 20% for a magical tier I. Kinda like Life steal where its a range from 1-20.

yeah that info is readily available but what determines the % within the max?

yeah i would rather know there is nothing to be done about it. helps to accept the low rolls. :P
