What don't you get from an accessory charm?

I believe I read that you don't get +Stats from it (i.e. + Dex, etc.).

Anything else you don't get from it?

the only benefit you recieve from charmsin the acc slot is the ee% on them and it is reduced by 25%

ppl generally only use a heal charm with ee in the acc slot... other than that, not much use..
