I played a little bit but still very knew and know only the very very basics..

I know Enhance Effect gives a bonus. But if a Sword has EE does it only give bonuses to the sword or everything

like your armor stats and charm?

Also Proficiency thingy is it just for the weapon stats?

Everyone hates me.

EE on sword increases the dmg on sword, only.
Profs are for Weapons, Charms, and Skills. You're not able to gain profs in armors for example.

need help there too and i need to know how i can get proficiencies^^

You get proficiencies ..well here is an example

Lets say you're using an axe..the more times you Click with the axe on a monster the more your % goes up because proficiency is based on the number of clicks you've used on a certain item once you get ever how many is required you reach 100% and level up.

Say 10,000 If you used an axe to attack monsters 10,000 times you'd level up once in proficiency.
