if i have 8 weapon prof. i can't gain more prof. exp between char lvls 1 - 8

but does the prof. have full effect through out those levels?
or does it only add one ee per char lvl untill i reached my highest prof. lvl then stays at that?


anyone kno?

has full effect for those lvls, you just dont gain any exp for it :D
