Tried to find the answer myself, but after several failed attempts, I'm posting it.

I'm using a mage so I usually heal in catacombs. I have my heal charm on my main and my dmg charm on my acc. I was wondering, do the attributes still work on my acc charm when I dont cast with it? For example, if my ice charm gives me +2% Experience gained and +1 mana per attack, would those work when I use my staff to attack? What if I dont attack, will the +2 experience work?

I noticed that the +mana does not work when the charm is in the acc slot... so that is why I'm asking this question.

the only stat that works in the accessory slot is EE, and it is reduced by 25 %. In catacombs the accessory slot also has a mana cost reduction of 25 %.

It must be late cause I dont understand, lol.

Should I keep my heal charm on my main slot and my dmg charm in the acc in cata, if all I'm doing is healing others and the odd time attacking with my staff?

yes but i would recomend buy a heal mastery charm to put in ur main and then ur heal in ur access you dont need a damage charm in cata.

technically yes. only with mana per attack life per attack life steal or mana and life per kill. they only have a CHANCE of working in cata combs, 1 mana per attack is a negible amount of mana so i wouldnt even worry about it.
