what charms must wear a fighter at low lvl and high lvl and what must he skill??

100 Dexterity if using Axes

110-120 Dexterity if using Clubs/Swords.

Try and use weapons with as much Enhanced Effect as you can get, wear Strength/Dexterity Armors/Charms.

and what utility for charms??? i mean for fighter??

Dump all those unused stat points into strength and then try to get a charm with 25+ dexterity in my opinion

Also to add on my previous statement, place the rest of the points in Strength.

Try and find out what your final gear is going to be, and make sure you have the appropriate Dexterity needed for the weapon classes.

Try and get either Strength or Dexterity charms.

last thing -- what is the use of glyphing and sufficiency??

and how to manage this thing?? idont get it
