get to lvl 71 and find out

and dont worry about anything , everybody can complete it or fail it or whatever its all pure luck , and i think thats all u need to know for now :p

Noob. But yeah that was pretty much it. Pretty simple haven't made it yet but from what I gathered its the simplest part of this game.
