I've never actually made a complete character before. Always been sucked back in to diablo. That won't happen again. I've been ripped off by "friends" for the last time

I'll have roughly 3k to spend. Interested in possibly using it to click at work, maybe make some profit in the end

What should I be going for on my weller? Plz don't just tell me stats. I understand I need int gear / ee charms etc...I'm looking for numbers.


For example :

What % EE on my charms would be acceptable for me to have a high success rate welling?

How much into on item slots should I be shooting for?

"Magic Luck" Does this actually matter?

These kinds of things are helpful to me.

Yes, I'm sure there is a guide that I could paw through for various info. Or somebody could just type out 2 sentences that answer the only questions I really need answered

And please shoot me a PM if you still need help after reading through it keep in mind that it's a little outdated though, the muting system has changed since then which affected prices of mutables, so at the part where I'm taking about making x amount of fg per climb just ignore that because it doesn't apply any more! I've been meaning to rewrite it but I've been, yes, too lazy
