i am new to ladder slasher... and i heard if you do the master quest you get 1point and this is 1k fg worth or something :P?
can some1 explain this to me a bit ^^?
and i am looking for an easy guide (i dont care which char) to get high level asap

And when you master quest you get 1 Guild Point, and if you have a guild that pays fg per guild point you can earn fg. Most people pay between 50-100. And you can find items worth a lot of fg. The only way to really learn the game is to play and learn from experience in my opinion. You can review guides that give you a general idea but it won't be the same as first-hand experience.

Would you like to be melee or caster? And do you want to arena or use catacombs? And in order to play this game effectively you'll probably need to spend a lot of fg unfortunately
