what does power shot do?

and does mind numb do anything for melee barbs?

Gives a % chance that your melee attack will do the full damage amount listed on the weapon.

gives a chance to do max dmg on wat the wep listed

ex. sword 5-100 u have a chance to do 100 dmg to the monster

Gives a % chance to ignore the target's Intelligence with your magical attack. Lowered target intelligence will result in more magic damage dealt.

gives a chance to ignore ur monsters intel meaning u do more dmg to that monster if he has little to no intel

and no mind numb does not
