i am trying to transfer a weapon i bought to a different character because he hit the lvl req. and it says

Transfer failed, that character cannot accept more items.


is this permanent, or how long do i have to wait? i really need to get this wep

Items you're selling on the MP count as items in your inventory, make sure you don't have too many things up for sale.
