Lot's and lots of catas, sell good drops for 1fg in the beginning etc...

sell = put on marketplace

as for make fg if u just play ls just to make fg u gonna be real bored with ladder slasher just keep killing and welling and muting if u want good drops sooner or later a drop/welled/muted item will drop with good mods or decent enough to make some fg

You can find items and sell them for forum gold, you can sell your mq to guild that are looking to purchase for approx 100fg per gp.
