Hey diablo gamers i was wondering what the hit recovery rates are.My hit recovery is like 170% and i want to know how high that is for a paladin. I know the cast rates and hit rates. I would also like to know the atack rating rates. If anyone knows this please inform me it would improve my gaming performance and value thank you.
