anyone tell where to stat and hat do i look for gear wise?

Stat either all intelligence, or do the first 5 or 10 into vitality, then all into intelligence.
Gearwise, look for:

Weapon with +intelligence
Armor with +intelligence
Damage charm with enhanced effect
Healing charm (in your acc slot) with enhanced effect
