isnt a best, the more EE the better

it depends on ur opinion if u would LOVE CONSISTENCY like 100 apart consistent then u shud go ice

if u like hitting high crits n is ok with hitting low crits also u shud go lighting / wind / earth in that order

not many ppl like fire tho lols

i love the consistency but if i find a higher ee for wind / earch n is cheaper id so buy that n sell my ice lols

me personly i think lighting is the best, i have a 95% rate to beat any well on any level on my mage, thats if i run outta mana, but i almost never do
and i use lighting only, and 55+ i own them easy with a 175% ee lvl 55 lighting charm
if u got mind numb, and better intel then i do *igot pretty low intel*, ull do fine no matter wat

u hit good average with lighting, and have high damage, bearly everhit low, atleast i think

get a charm with 130+ ee at least and you dont have to worry about the type of it

more ee = better, but i'd take an ice over an equal lightning any day of the week
