Idk where my stats go and what gear to use, if anyone can help me plz

I'd personally put all of your current points into dexterity, and there's a 13 dext Magical Wind III on the market as of this post @ 1fg.
For armors you should go with either strength, dexterity, or enhanced effect. Weapons you'll want to get the highest amount of enhanced effect you can afford at any given level.

Try to keep a decent balance with your stats as you climb. It'd be good to keep str/dex within about 15-20 points of each other until you get a better idea of what stat placements will work for you.
