The is no "best" charm for welling its all preference. The higher the EE the better.

Yes your will put your heal charm in ACC slot.

and a paladin caster can also be very nice... at least u dont die. and if u got realy good equip and use glyphs u can reach 100% success rate ez

Couple more tips:

if you want about ~85% rate, look at my Mage Weller's gear, I spent about 1k on his gear:

If you want a better success rate, make sure you look for a real nice Heal Charm before looking for a better Damage Charm.

Just remember you have to get to level 64 also, so either fork over some more fg for climbing gear, or get some friends to cata you.

FYI also, Earth is probably the best bang for the buck (for Wells). I wish I had gone Earth instead of Ice now, could have gotten a little more EE on all my charms, for the same price. Any charm will do, it's just that with Earth or Ice you can see right away whether or not you will be able to kill the Well.







I should try this on my Pala this climb. Didn't even think about it on my first climb with Pala.

of course, it truly is all player's preference anyway.
