When using a sword on a melee character, which stat increases the chance to do the maxmium damage on the weapon?

dexterity and critical flux

+ % Power Shot Gives a % chance that your melee attack will do the full damage amount listed on the weapon.

If you're just wondering what general stats to use though, you need a combination of strength and dexterity to get the most effectiveness out of a weapon.
