I would suggest putting all stats into intelligence. Look for either armors/wpns/ with heal mastery or int. Heal mastery is better just for healing but if you wanna try to solo your going to need intelligence on your gear. Look for enhanced effect on your attack and heal charms. The higher the EE the more damage or heals you will do.

for mq charms it shud be for xiv

120 dmg / 130 heal perferably heal or focus heal if wild it shud be 140+

that wud be a good success in welling

n prolly 40+ intel on both wep n armor

i would recommend adding 5-10 first points into vita b/c i want more life but if ur fine wit i think 2k or 2k ish wit base stats for vita then go pure intel

5 Vita is plenty if anny thats what i did.

Armor / Wep - Best u can afford / find with 30 + Int
Charms - (budget build 80-90% EE Focusheal / Dmg charm - i use ice has best min-max ratio ) try for 100+++ higher the better of course.
