Iso help.

Should I get gear with MASS HM or Int ? Or a mix of both ?

If you plan to solo, go int. If you plan to cata, go hm. Int appears to actually be a bit cheaper at the moment as more people tend to be opting for cata games.

Most of this will be healing. So I will stear towards HM.

Yeah you could always try to mix and match a little bit and probably on your level 55 gear you will want an EE charm and at least 1 piece of int gear to handle wells. No problem though, good luck!
