I'm guessing that if i have critical flux... or ee on a charm it is only effective for that charm... since i'm basically pure melee... I should be looking for strength dex charms. Am i correct, or does EE on a charm also add to your melee EE?

ee on your charm it doesnt add to your melee dmg
you need str/dex charm

+ % Critical Flux Gives a % chance to ignore the target's Dexterity when you perform a critical strike. Lowered target dexterity will result in more critical damage. - this is good as add on your charm but it's not a must

yes if you make a constant high damage probably with critical flux items you can make higher criticals
