What do you think about it? Does it bring your char a good avg dmg or is it quite to slow?

It's really preference. The way I look at it, if you aren't doing double damage, then why accept attacking at half speed?

If you don't have a similar EE amount on a heavy that you do on a regular wep, it shouldn't really be worth using.
