I'm hoping to well items that are req lvl 30 and below when I get to Lvl 40 with the following gear on my mage:

Earth XI
86% ee
1% Phys damage Reduc

Magical drywood staff
Level Req: 35
Damage: 34 to 92

+23 Intelligence

Rare nightshade robe
Level Req: 35
Defense: 0 to 12

+24 Intelligence
+65 Max Life

Rare heal IX
Level Req: 30
Heals: 73 to 195
Mana Cost: 85

+75% Enhanced Effect
+1% Block


Right now @ LvL 25 + w/ an 80 EE Lightning I'm welling at 100% effectiveness. But I didn't know if the same would be the case @ Lvl 40, and I'm about to buy one of the above items.

u will find some wellables to be done and probaly some u will not be able to do

i think u should search for a higher ee charm like a lv 30-35 100-140 ee and save some mana
and defintly a higher heal charm
