i need to know the best weller there is, post what weapons and what stats to go for.

A mage is the most common / easy weller to make.
Go first 10 into vitality, then all the rest into intelligence.
Get a weapon with intelligence, a robe with intelligence, a damage charm with EE, then a healing charm with EE.

sounds easy enough.. how much will this cost me in total. not exactly but just like an estimate

from few hundreds to few thousands depending on how fast you want to kill :)
