i dont know how to build, or what i should build for that matter.. can anyone help me?

For melee, get to 100-130 dexterity, then put the rest into strength.
I'd recommend putting the first 10 into vitality though because you can't wear heavy armors.

depends wat u want a melee or caster (weller like mines)
