I've got 2 heals, how do i use?

After you wear the healing charm, click on it while you are on combat and click your name to heal.

After you done using, make sure to switch back to your weapon to attack the enemy.

If you're in a catacomb group, you select the heal charm at the top, and click on the player's name that you want to heal. And, like aJance said, you click your own name to heal yourself.

Also, there are hotkeys to switch between main weapon, primary charm, and acc. charm. I believe they are Q, E, and R, respectively.
