Im using polearm atm is this good? or should i be using sword? or axe? whats typically better at higher levels?

I would try to get something with some enhanced effect on it. The polearm can be very good but you gotta rememeber it attacks 2 times slower than normal weapons.

something to also think about is heavy weapons are harder to get becasue they are still kinda new.
weapons like swords, axes, clubs are much easier to obtain and are usually cheaper.

best really is Axe going full str or get atleast 75 dex or so and then rest into str.
