Okay... I am still new to the game...
I re-roll my character at around level 25-30 (Building Up Proficencies Faster)

This is a Barb or Fighter Build... I mostly do Arena's from level 20-25 and was wondering which is the better armor for that levelling.

Defense: 30 to 91
+41% Enhanced Effect

+1 Jubilance

Mythical alloy plate mail
Level Req: 15
Defense: 18 to 55
+23 Dexterity
+2 Intelligence
+486 Max Mana
+1% Quick Draw
+3% Heal Mastery

I also use this in my ACC Charm Slot so that I can heal some

Angelic focused heal V
Level Req: 10
Heals: 36 to 44
Mana Cost: 45
+47% Enhanced Effect
+1 Magic Luck
+1 Mana Regen
+1 Jubilance

With the Level 15 Armor... I can heal myself alot of times (486 mana)
I am just wondering if it is better to keep the lvl15 armor on until I am level 25 or change to the level20 armor for the EE

which one do you get better chains? I always like stat gear in arena EE in cats

Hmmm... well normally @ level 15... I go straight to cata with my lvl15 gear on... since I am a barb and can heal a bit also...

I manage (good full team) to reach level 22-23 by the time we get out... so I do not tend to do any real MCC testing... might
have to do that for a few re-rolls...

On another note:
What does and doesn't work in Catacombs?
Example: I noticed only today that: LPA/MPA (Life per attack/Mana per attack) does not seem to work in Catacombs... only Arena...
Is it the opposite for LPK/MPK?

lpa/mpa lpk/mpk all work in catas but they only work a % of the time. If you ever run into some EP's you will see LPA and MPA work really well

You should base that question on what the team needs. If you have a team of robe wearers then you're gonna want to put on the EE armour and head up front. If the team has a steady tank then put on your damage/stat gear.

Okay... Well I tank up front because I have good life...
As stated... pretty much team... with the lvl15 armor I can heal a bit (650 total mana... healing about 29-32 per cast at 32 mana each cast)

Guess it boils down to team...

well u are a barb n most barbs do the tanking so best if either u get a good amount of EE even if its lower lvl than u are right now or get stat armors that are up to date w/ ur lvl so that u can tank a little bit better

thats what i did on my second or third climb i forgot

I already got the gear for each level change... even though they are totally crap at higher levels.

I am tending towards more chances to deal a Crit Strike and Less crit damage recieved.

These are my stats @ level20
Str: 70
Dex: 80

Note: forgot to mention that my main CHARM has 12 Dex

Now if I swap my armor for EE (lvl20) i lose 23 Dexterity and the ability to heal myself a number of times.
