I enjoy play rogue, but I dont know what I did wrong.

Should I put so I have 120-140 Dex?
Should I put something on str? if yes, how much?
If I dont put on str my wepon makes low dmg?
Should I have dex on my charm + armor?
What kind of wepon and what adds?

Should I use low minimum dmg and high maximum dmg wepon or high minimum dmg and low max dmg wepon?

You want a good mix of strength and dext. I'd try to keep them about equal. If that means going 100str/100dext then so be it. Weapon choice is your own, and dexterity amounts do not change according to what weapon you use despite what so many peopel say. The main things you'll look for on a melee character are strength and dext on the charm//armor, and enhanced effect on the weapons. That is a basic setup, though there are many other ways to enhance that build by altering it and adding to it. Definately check the guides that were linked as they will be a help as well.
