trying to build my first one and im not sure how to do it without spendin much fg at all....any ideas please or ideas on about how much it will cost just good enough not to be kicked out of runs..im poor lol

A staff rogue would probably be the cheapest/ do very well for the amount you put into it.

You want to shoot for ~ 90- 120 dex with your gear on, look for dex on your gear (it's cheaper than str), ee on your staff (try to switch it up every 5 levels).
