cheapest is imo to get your int weapon/armor on high lvl items, like 55 or sth similiar

to get a good succesrate you should aim for 35int weap/35int armor/120ee heal & 120 attack charm

the cheaper equip you want to get, the lower your succes rate will be

the cheapest way I would suggest is to buy some heal mastery gear for your weapon/armor up to 55 and heal in catacombs. At 55 look for intelligence gear on your armor/weapon. Get a decent heal and attack charm and you can do some wells and try to find some good items.

Cheapest:
Use Heal Mastery items and level up in Catas.



If you want to arena, this would be cheapest:
Look for decent EE Wild Heal and Wind charms on your climbing gear, and stick with 25-30 INT on your items, you'll do fine.
