Since you're only level 6, I would just reroll and start fresh.
I would go first 10 points into vita since you're fairly new.
You want to keep your str/ dex balanced, shoot for ~ 90- 120 dex with your gear on.

You want to look for str or dex on your armor/ charm. Dex is cheaper than str gear, more bang for your buck.
If you can switch up your weapon every 5 levels, and keep looking for ee on it.

Yes, str or dex on armor/ charm. It doesn't have to be both (that would be more expensive).
I would look for dex, because it's fairly cheaper than str gear.

No, only put your first 10 starting points into vita. You will be fine with just the first 10.
Put your points per level in str, and base your dex off of your gear.

If your playing softcore, I would stay away from putting stats into vitality. Just put them into strength or dex depending on what type of gear you get. Try to stay away from rusted weapons.Go for either bronze or copper weapon Have you ever thought of making your rouge a caster or hybrid caster?

This is definately a good starting strategy. It takes a while to really understand the game mechanics and everything else in LS, and if you rush into it too fast you're likely to make bad pruchases and decisions in game.
One thing I noticed about your char is that you have a better charm in the Acc slot than in your main charm slot. Only your main charm will add stats, so you'd be better off switching the 4dex//3str charm to your main slot. :)
