Nothing wrong with the stat placement. You have a decent balance for strength and dexterity there, but ofc with gear improvements both could go up nicely. Could definately use some weapon upgrades as well.
Only other thing wrong with that character is the last played time.

Strength, dexterity, or enhanced effect for the armor and just str/dext for the charm. Maybe get a dext plate and a strength charm, or vice versa, to keep it balanced. I'd say to aim for 30+ stats on each if possible. If you're willing to put a bit of fg into it, you should be able to get some reasonable gear for doing your 1-71 climbs.
