Early bumps won't really help you out in this forum.

But I think that the best way is to do your first 10 with 5 into vita and 5 into int and then put every other point you get into int.

I do always all points on INT
more int = more mana + more dmg + more heal = more pwn =)
nn life in catas and i got never 1hitted in well's also
