Still getting used to this stuff lol.
Besides enhanced effect do stats like +Int and stuff matter on your "acc" charm

Because when I puton my charm that gives +23 int and some other stuff, I dont see a different in stats.

No, you only receive the ee from the acc slot.
Str/ dex/ etc comes from your main slot.

So I just bought a +23 int, 117 mana and other stat healing charm for no reason :(

yeap only the EE works on the accessory slot
