I just tried to post something for 20fg and it asked me if I wanted to "confirm fee and sell." When does this come up? Does it get returned if the item doesn't sell?

Thanks for help with this!

doesn't get returned
for items 19.99 and lower the fee is removed at the time of sale, 20+ is removed when you put it up for sale
so for a 20fg item just go 19.99 ;)
