so people are saying dex to 110/120/130

who do i listen to?

Any why not just pump everything to strenght?

Depends on what weapon you are using. I'd say 80-120 is pretty good for barbs. Rest into str.

I pumped everything into strength on my barb with axes and loved it, but some suggest you still go 100ish on dex. What type of wpn will you be using?
