what is the best char to start with???

It depends what you like: Tanking, casting/ healing, high crits, or consitent damage.

There is no better class, each one is needed for the climb.
It all depends on your playing style/ what you like to play with.

i like to cast and heal but i run outta mana all the time.

dont cast till lvl 20+ and gaurdian healers are the best healers or mages for welling but expect to pay some fg for average gear

usually you will want to melee until lvl 15. after 15 you can start to cast. If you want to solo you will be looking for intelligence on items. if you are going to cata, look for heal mastery on your wpn, armor, and look for EE on your heal charm, feel free to pm me any question you have
