if solo then either str or dex
with dex you'll get more for your fg so it will be better for you
but the damage bonus from str is higher than the damage bonus from cits from dex
so a 50str armor vs 50dex armor, go for str
but a 500fg dex armor vs a 500fg str armor, the dex one will probably be better
