As a new Guardian healer, should i be aiming to heal with my Accessory charm slot or with my Stats charm slot? Right now i have a EE accesory charm, but it still seems to do less healing than my stat charm one.

Any suggestions?

you need to get some Heal Master gear for your main three slots if you have not yet already. This will help a LOT.

you can use the heal charm in the main slot and just heal in parties
you will need : heal charm with ee=enhanced effect , and items with HM=heal mastery
and with this gear people will love you in catas

The reason for having your EE charm in acc. is because although the effectiveness is reduced to 75%, the mana cost to use the charm is also 75%, so if you make up the EE with heal mastery (or surpass it) on your other equipment, you get better heals for less mana.

does this mean if I"m reading it correctly ( I'm also building a guardian for the first time ) if I find a for example.. 50% heal mastery heal charm for level 35

and put in main slot, and use a 127ee heal charm in acc slot, is better than use JUST the 127ee in main slot without the heal mastery charm in main slot?

Sure is. Picture it like this, say your average heals are 100 in your main slot and the mana cost is also 100, then you put it over to your acc. slot, obviously the heals are now 75 average and the mana cost is 75. Now lets add in a heal mastery charm to the main slot (in your case its pretty high), which makes your average heals shoot back up to 115 (as an example), now all of a sudden you're healing for 115 for 25% less mana. It's beautiful!
