If your in the same guild as you then you can transfer the item to him if you both have a vault and the guild has transfer days available.
If not then you would have to put it up for 1fg or more on the market place and he would have to get it before someone else does. How ever if you put an item on the market and it gets taken by another user there is nothing that can or will be done.
