i just happen to notice in the game basics that it says your secondary charm works at 25% less then main... is that right?
can someone plz explain it better for me?

it means it does 25% less dmg than what is stated.
or for heal charms, 25% less heal.
accessory charms also do not give the stats that are listed.

ex. Ice with 15 dex in the accessory slot gives u 0 dex

Unless it has changed since i've been gone the accessory slot is used for healing charms and is 25% less effective than the stats shown for it on screen..

For example if your heal charm in 2nd slot said it healed 100 HP maximum each cast it'd only cast 75 maximum instead.

And the ONLY stat that works in accessories charm slot is Enhanced Effect any other stats are useless.

Enhanced effect only applies to that charm as well..So Lets say you were to have a lightning primary charm with 100% enhanced effect...if you bought a accessories slot charm with 100% Enhanced effect as well it WOULD NOT add together..since enhanced effect only applies to each item its on.

I hope that makes it a little more clear..

In other words the last time I knew accessorie slot charms were used as High % EE Healing charm slots.
