The staff is alright, you might want to look for a new charm- as it only has 2 str (Maybe 15+ dex or str), and the armor is plain but I think it is fine for your first climb with a rogue.
You will want to balance your stats a little bit more, as you progress up the ladder.

All I can say is: Keep up what you're doing, maybe upgrade your staff or look into dagger, and upgrade your charm/ armor.

Not alot of fg for bigger upgrades atm ;<

at the moment, if you want to upgrade a little, you should look for a better charm ( will increase your dmg )
with dext or str on it

at your level, you can find some with 20+ dext or str for cheap

then the next upgrade would be a lvl 35-40 weapon
